Privacy policy
Partnertron is operated by Metahead Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over your data.
Who we are
Metahead Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For any questions, requests, or to exercise your rights, contact us at chris@metaheadconsultancy.com.
What we collect and why
Waitlist signups. When you join our waitlist we collect:
- Your email address, so we can contact you when the beta opens
- A salted and truncated hash of your IP address, used to prevent abuse
- Your browser's user agent string and the page that referred you, for diagnostics
- The date and time of your submission
Lawful basis: consent. By submitting the form, you consent to us using your email to send you news about Partnertron. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
Beta product access. If you access the gated product preview, we record the outcome of your access attempt and any briefs you submit, including the outputs the engine generates against them. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in operating the service and protecting it from abuse.
Cookies
We use one functional cookie, partnertron_unlock, to remember that you have entered the access code for the gated product preview. This cookie is essential to the service and does not require consent under UK PECR. We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
How we share your data
We use the following service providers to operate Partnertron. Each is bound by their own data-processing terms, available on request:
- Vercel, Inc. (United States) — hosting
- Supabase, Inc. (United States) — database
- Anthropic (United States) — model inference, only when you run a brief through the product
- OpenAI (United States) — embeddings, only when you run a brief
- Google (Ireland / United States) — supporting services including search trends and image generation
Where data leaves the UK or EEA, transfers are made under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep your data
- Waitlist email addresses: until the beta closes and you have either accepted access or unsubscribed, or until you ask us to delete the record.
- Brief inputs and outputs: twelve months from submission, then deleted.
- Access logs: thirty days, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data deleted, subject to legal retention obligations
- Restrict or object to processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Partnertron evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
This policy is a working draft. Before any paid product release we will have it reviewed by a qualified privacy professional.
