Terms of service
These terms govern your use of partnertron.ai and the Partnertron service, including free previews, paid runs and subscriptions. By using the service, or by paying for any part of it, you agree to them on behalf of the business you represent.
Who we are
Partnertron is owned and operated by Metahead Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12590422, with its registered office at Soloman House, Belgrave Court, Fulwood, Preston, England, PR2 9PL. VAT number GB 430 9699 69. Partnertron is delivered alongside Imagicana, the ventures studio of Metahead Ltd. Metahead Ltd is the contracting party for these terms. Business customers only
Partnertron is sold to businesses, for use in the course of their business. It is not offered to consumers. By paying you confirm that you are acting for a business and not as a consumer, so consumer cancellation rights do not apply.
The service
Partnertron is an AI-assisted partnership intelligence service. A run takes a brief and produces audience analysis, partnership territories, candidate partners, creative concepts and an activation plan. Recommendations, scores, concepts and images are generated by AI models and are intended for human review before any commercial action is taken.
- Preview (free). A run from audience to concept headlines, with mock-up images. The full concept, activation plan, exports, introductions and report chat are not included.
- Single Run. Unlocks the full plan for one brief.
- Pro. A monthly subscription with up to five runs a month and priority introductions. Unused runs do not roll over.
We may improve and change the service over time. We will not materially reduce what a paid plan includes during a period you have already paid for.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on partnertron.ai and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout at the applicable rate. Where you give a valid VAT number from outside the UK, the reverse charge may apply instead. Payment is taken in advance by card or another method offered at checkout, processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We issue a VAT invoice for each payment.
Refunds and cancellation
- Single Run. The full plan is delivered as soon as payment completes, so it is non-refundable once unlocked.
- Pro. Renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you keep access until then. Part months are not refunded.
- If a run fails because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will re-run it or refund that run.
Access and acceptable use
Access is by account or access code. Keep your code within your organisation. You agree not to:
- Bypass access controls, reverse-engineer the service or scrape it
- Use the service in a way likely to disrupt it or harm other users
- Submit content you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful
- Use outputs to build a competing product
Your content and the outputs
You keep ownership of the briefs, images and other material you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process and store it only to provide the service to you.
For runs you have paid for, you may use the outputs (the plan, concepts, images and exports) freely within your business, including sharing them with your colleagues, agencies and prospective partners. Free preview outputs are for evaluating the service.
Partnertron itself, including its prompts, models, code, design, Partnership Library and brand, remains the property of Metahead Ltd or its licensors.
AI-generated output
Outputs are produced by AI models and may contain errors, omissions or out-of-date information. Partner names are real organisations, but audience figures and other facts should be verified before you rely on them. Partnertron recommends organisations, not people, and does not collect or supply contact details for organisations outside The IP Network: any approach to them is made by you, through their own published channels. Images are AI-generated illustrations, not photographs of real products or events. Mentioning an organisation in a run does not mean it has endorsed, or agreed to, any partnership.
Introductions and managed partnerships
You can approach a recommended partner yourself, ask us to make an introduction, or ask Imagicana to manage the partnership. Introductions and managed work are governed by a separate written agreement, which sets out any performance fee before an introduction is made. Where we introduce you to a partner, you agree not to contract with that partner on the introduced opportunity in a way designed to avoid the agreed fee, for twelve months after the introduction.
The IP Network
Organisations that join The IP Network do so free of charge and without exclusivity. Membership means a member may be recommended in runs and shown with a member badge. It does not oblige a member to accept any proposal. Members can leave at any time by emailing us.
Warranties
We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the service and its outputs are provided as they are, without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Commercial decisions you make using the outputs are yours.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or £100 if greater. We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms. You can stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue (fees owed, licences to outputs you paid for, liability and governing law) survive the end of these terms.
Personal data
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. Where you ask us to process personal data on your behalf under a separate client agreement, a data processing agreement will form part of that agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes apply from the date shown above; for a Pro subscription, material changes apply from your next billing month, and you can cancel before then.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
