Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the partnertron.ai website and the Partnertron product preview. By using the site or signing up for the waitlist, you agree to them.
Who we are
Partnertron is a product of Imagicana, a creative ventures studio wholly owned by Metahead Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
The service
Partnertron is in invite-only beta. The marketing site and any preview output are illustrative. Partnership recommendations, scores and creative concepts shown are AI-generated and intended for human review before any commercial action is taken.
Access
Beta access is gated by an access code provided by Metahead. By using the gated preview, you agree:
- Not to share your access code with anyone outside your organisation
- Not to attempt to bypass the gate, reverse-engineer the product, or stress-test it in ways likely to cause disruption
- To use the service only for the purpose of evaluating it for your own organisation
Content and intellectual property
All Partnertron prompts, models, source code, design, written content and the brand itself are the property of Metahead Ltd or our licensors.
You retain ownership of any brief content you submit. By submitting a brief you grant us a non-exclusive, revocable licence to process it through our pipeline and store the result, solely to provide the service to you.
You may not republish, redistribute or commercially exploit Partnertron's recommendations, creative concepts or precedent corpus without our written permission.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" during beta. Outputs are AI-generated and may contain errors or omissions. We make no warranties as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Always apply human judgement before acting on the output.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metahead Ltd's liability arising from your use of Partnertron is limited to £100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms or if we close the beta.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
